Firstly in the initial consultation Kate will take your medical history and current symptoms. Next she will explain the diet changes and supplements that she recommends. After the appointment she will email you the personalised nutrition plan and supplement plan. The plan is advised to be followed until your next appointment.
During the follow up appointments we will speak about how you are getting on with the nutrition and supplement plan and make any changes as necessary. It is recommended to have at least 3 appointments to receive the most benefit to your health.
