1-to-1 Transformational Coaching Programmes

I offer transformational nutrition programmes to help you to achieve your health goals.

It can take time to implement diet and lifestyle changes and transform your eating habits and your health. This is why I offer a minimum of 6 sessions in my packages over a 3 month period so we can work together over a longer period for accountability and support. My clients who work with me for at least 3 months see the best and most lasting results.

How am I different?

Unlike other practitioners who focus on one area such a hormone balancing, I use a holistic approach covering all major areas to improve physical and emotional health.

I don’t use very restrictive diets and you won’t have to give up all of your favourite foods!

I use my proven Fatigue-Fighting System to help my clients get amazing results.

The 5 Pillars of The Fatigue-Fighting System

The 5 pillars of The Fatigue-Fighting System are:

  1. Remove stressors – avoiding common foods that cause food intolerances and inflammation, and calming down the nervous system to alleviate stress and get a better night’s sleep. 
  2. Release blockages – opening up the detoxing pathways to allow toxins to be eliminated from your body, supporting the liver and releasing trapped emotions with EFT. 
  3. Remove hidden infections – determining whether you may have hidden gut infections such as candida overgrowth or SIBO from your symptoms, supporting the immune system, detoxing with foods and supplements, and support with avoiding die-off symptoms. 
  4. Repair & replenish – supporting digestion, repairing the gut lining for better absorption of nutrients, repopulating with probiotic foods and supplements, and re-nourishing your body with foods to correct nutrient deficiencies.
  5. Re-energise – supporting energy hormone production with foods for the thyroid, oestrogen and blood sugar balance and starting gentle movement to reenergise the body.

  • People who don’t want to change, who are not willing to do the work and don’t follow the plan.

  • Those suffering from severe ME/CFS for 3 years or more who are housebound and can’t work.
  • People with cancer, an eating disorder or renal disease.
  • People who want sports nutrition or children’s nutrition.

How It Works

Firstly, you would book a free 30 minute call and we would communicate by phone to determine that we are a good fit to work together.

Once you’ve decided to work with me, then I will send you an email with a questionnaire and 3 day diet diary to complete, and a terms of engagement form to sign before the first consultation.

Payment for your package is made online at least 48 hours before the consultation. I do not accept cheques.

The consultations are held via phone, Zoom, Skype, or face-to-face at my private clinic in Pound Hill, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10. I cover local areas including Crawley, Horsham, Horley, Copthorne, East Grinstead, Crawley Down, Salfords, Redhill, Reigate, Ardingly, but I can work with anyone anywhere in the world.

During the initial consultation I will take your medical history and current symptoms. Next I will explain the personalised diet changes and supplements that I recommend.

Also I may recommend food intolerance testing or stool testing for bad bacteria, SIBO, candida overgrowth, other yeasts, thrush, viruses, parasites if you have fatigue and digestive issues. You can read more information about functional testing here.

After the appointment, I will email you the personalised nutrition plan and targeted supplement plan with any drug-nutrients interactions and relevant handouts. Please follow your plan until your next appointment.

During the follow up appointments we will speak about how you are getting on with the nutrition and supplement plan and the health improvements you have experienced. Afterwards I will email you the revise plan.

How it works

Firstly you would contact me by booking a free 30 minute call.

Once you’ve made the payment, you would email me with information on the type of diet you want and a list of foods you don’t like or want to avoid.

Then I would create the meal plan and email it to you.
