Discounted 1-to-1 Coaching Packages

I offer transformational nutrition programmes to help you to achieve your health goals. It can take time to implement diet and lifestyle changes and transform your eating habits and your health. This is why I offer a minimum of 4 sessions in my packages over a 3 month period so we can work together over a longer period at a discounted rate. My clients who work with me for at least 3 months see the best and most lasting results.  

How It Works

Firstly, you would book a free 15 minute call and we would communicate by phone, Skype or Zoom to determine that we are a good fit to work together.

Once you’ve decided to work with me, then I will send you an email with a questionnaire and 3 day diet diary to complete before the first consultation.

You must make payment for your package online at least 48 hours before the consultation. I do not accept cash or cheques.

During the initial consultation I will take your medical history and current symptoms. Next I will explain the personalised diet changes and supplements that I recommend.

Also I may recommend food intolerance testing or stool testing for bad bacteria, SIBO, candida overgrowth, other yeasts, thrush, viruses, parasites if you have fatigue and digestive issues. You can read more information about functional testing here.

After the appointment I will email you the personalised nutrition plan and targeted supplement plan with any drug-nutrients interactions and relevant handouts. Please follow your plan until your next appointment.

During the follow up appointments we will speak about how you are getting on with the nutrition and supplement plan and the health improvements you have experienced. Afterwards I will email you the revise plan.

The 4 Consultation Package

I would recommend this option if you have a chronic condition such as
ME/CFS, tiredness, thyroid issues, digestive issues or want to lose
weight, but don’t require much support.

What’s included in the 3 month consultation package:

  • 1x 1 hour 15 minutes initial consultation with personalised
    nutrition plan and supplement plan, drug-nutrient interactions and
    relevant handouts.
  • 3x 45 minute follow up consultations at bi-weekly intervals with
    updated nutrition plan, supplement plan, and relevant handouts.
  • 3 hours of email support between appointments.
  • 21 day pre-made non-vegetarian or vegetarian meal plan with recipes, if suitable.
  • 10% discount on supplements (not in the USA or Australia).
  • Recommendations for functional testing if required.
