A 1-to-1 coaching package is recommended for you if you have a chronic health condition or want to lose weight and would like to work with me 1-to-1 to get personalised recommendations and for extra support, motivation and accountability.
Firstly, we would communicate by phone or email to determine that we are a good fit to work together.
Then I will send you an email with more information about my services, and a questionnaire and 3 day diet diary to complete before the consultation.
You must make payment for your package online at least 48 hours before the consultation. I do not accept card payments or cheques.
During the initial consultation I will take your medical history and current symptoms. Next I will explain the diet changes and supplements that I recommend.
Also I may recommend food intolerance testing or stool testing for bad bacteria, candida, viruses or parasites if you have fatigue and digestive issues. You can read more information about functional testing here.
After the appointment I will email you the personalised nutrition plan and targeted supplement plan with any drug-nutrients interactions and relevant handouts. Your plan is advised to be followed until your next appointment.
During the follow up appointments we will speak about how you are getting on with the nutrition and supplement plan and the health improvements you have experienced. Afterwards I will email you the revise plan.
